The land is situated south off Rocky Lane at Churchill, Kidderminster approximately 3.5 miles north east of Kidderminster and is accessed off an unclassified road directly off the A451 Stourbridge Road.
The land at Churchill is an excellent block of arable land which comprises 4 good sized parcels of free draining, light soils, two of which are currently in temporary grass and two are currently in arable production. The land lies within a ring fence to the south of Rocky Lane running off the A451. The fields are surrounded by intermittent mature hedgerows. The land is currently in arable production and therefore the boundaries are not stock proof.
The land is easily accessed either directly off the unclassified road or via a track running to the west of the block of land. The track also extends between the parcels and provides good access to each field.
