The RPA has announced that any RLE1 forms for land only changes received before Friday 13th January 2012 should be processed in time to be incorporated into the pre populated 2012 SP5 forms.
They do caution however that any RLE1 forms received after that date are unlikely to be included in the 2012 land data.
