Over the last couple of years there has been an increased demand for the purchase of Single Payment Scheme entitlements. During the 2011 trading period, English Non SDA entitlements traded between £200 and £250 per unit.
After this extremely strong and successful 2011 trading year we are now looking forward to the 2012 trading year and anticipate another year of brisk trade. Entitlements are required to meet an increasing demand therefore those wishing to sell entitlements should contact us.

We have a number of clients looking for “naked acres” on which to claim their Single Payment Scheme entitlements on. If you have land which is not being claimed on, or have entitlements without land to claim them on, you could benefit from speaking to us about Naked Land Transfers to preserve entitlements for future use.
As there is some uncertainty as to when the new CAP reform proposals will actually come into force, it is advisable to keep entitlements “alive” by claiming with them before their “use by” date.
